SUNDAY LUNCH MENU (SAMPLE)

Our menu changes every week depending on what is fresh, seasonal and available from our kitchen garden, so this menu is a SAMPLE menu only. 

Starter

Asparagus soup, homemade bread

Chicken terrine, pickled lemon, smoked almond, crispy chicken skin  

Charred asparagus, crispy quails egg, hay smoked mayonnaise, parmesan, Appleton wild garlic oil
Citrus cured sea trout, wasabi aioli, pickled cucumber, torched grapefruit 

Main

Roast dry-aged sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, buttered kale, red wine jus

Pan roasted chicken supreme, pork and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, garden greens, chicken gravy

(Both our beef and chicken roasts are served with cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash and seasonal vegetables from our garden)​

Pan fried sea bream, haricot beans, crispy mussels, sea vegetables, white bean and anchovy puree 

Guinness glazed celeriac, braised fennel, orange and thyme compote, salty fingers, beurre blanc 

12 hour slow cooked belly of Kelmscott pork, roast potatoes, apple, celeriac, crackling, cider jus

Pudding

Cherry, almond and kirsch panna cotta, frangipane, Morello cherry ice cream 

Miso chocolate caramel delice, milk crunch, white chocolate and miso ice cream 

Rhubarb, ginger and custard

Sticky toffee pudding, warm toffee sauce, praline tuille, vanilla ice cream

British cheeses with crackers and accompaniments (3 cheeses-£3 extra)​
